Should you decide to accept a quote provided to you through Convey With Me for conveyancing, the contract will be directly between you and the Solicitor firm whom your details will be passed onto.   Convey With Me Limited has limited contractual involvement, and will not be liable in contract or otherwise for the products and services provided to you by our 3rd party partners after you agree to their terms.

The conditions of this agreement shall be in force every time you use Convey With Me Limited. This agreement is governed by English law.

We will share the information you provide with Solicitors firms on our authorized panel only, once you have accepted the quote provided to you.  The Solicitor will contact you directly to directly to regarding your conveyancing matter.  Any solicitor or registered European lawyer to whom we provide your details is an independent professional from whom you will receive impartial and confidential advice. You are free to choose another solicitor or registered European lawyer.

By agreeing to the quote provided to you through Convey With Me Ltd, you agree to our privacy policy and our contract arrangements with our 3rd party partners will not be affected should you wish to ‘Opt Out’ of how we process your data under the GDPR, General Data Protection Regulation.  See you privacy policy for details.

Our Complaints Procedure

We endevour to deal with all complaints in a timely and efficient manner.  Complaints should be sent by email to office@conveywithme.com made via a phone call to our head office at 0191 341 0113 or posted to us at our head office address which is 34a Bridge Street, Morpeth, Northumberland NE61 1NL

Our complaints procedure includes the following steps:

1.  Immediately resolve the complaint if possible or refer the matter on for further investigation

2. Complaint Assessed further and an investigation period take place

3. Outcome and resolution provided.

All initial complaints will be dealt with within 28 days of receipt.

A request may be made for a decision to be reviewed again which must be received within 28 days of the original notice of outcome. The steps for this process are as follows:

1. Reviewed by a seperate person within the organisation.

2. Investigation period and additional information reviewed (if supplied).

3. Notice of reconsideration decision sent which will be within 90 days of the reconsideration request being received.
