We found ourselves in a minefield of a chain after losing our first buyer and accepting another offer. It was a never ending loop of trying to agree completion dates and ensure everyone was ready to go at the same time. My solicitor supported us through this from start to finish. Trying everything to help us pick apart the chain and finally get us completed. We appreciate her ensuring contracts were exchanged and when there was a push back on the agreed completion date from our buyer she ensured this didn’t happen and offered to stay behind until late evening to ensure we got sorted.
